Choose the right Listing Agent…. Me! Seriously, though, not all Listing Agents are created equally. I work hard to get you top dollar for your listing and market it to as many buyers as possible.

First, I always split commission equally with Buyer’s Agents, who bring buyers to the deal. I recommend that you make sure when you interview for Listing Agents that they always do this. If not, you could hire an agent who isn’t geared towards bringing as many potential buyers to look at your home as is possible.

The market in the Midlands is hot right now. It’s a Seller’s market! Many of my listings sell very quickly with very little effort on the part of my seller. If you are fortunate and you don’t need to do much to sell, I will let you know. I’ll also let you know if there are things you can do to improve your resale value. It’s amazing how some inexpensive improvements can bring remarkable returns!
